The first thing I have to attend to is to thank the lovely people that have helped me so much in the start-up of SAC.
I am passionate about Appalachia and the Appalachian people. Even though our part of the world is blessed with natural resources, we have lost much to those who would take advantage of us. Southern Appalachian Creations, Inc. intends to do our bit to make our home a better place to live.
SAC’s mission is to help the artists and other creators to market their creations. This will be done by compiling and maintaining a schedule of shows featuring SAC citizens.
And, still on the drawing board, a platform from which each creator can sell and ship their own creations.
I am thankful for this opportunity to help my Appalachian neighbors and home.
